MacLain excited about Pagan pledge
That was the best part of MacLain's weekend.
"It was really good that we got Pagan to commit," he told CUTigers. "We're just going to keep working on Tony Steward and Stephone Anthony."
MacLain arrived to Clemson early Saturday morning.
"We actually got here at 4 a.m., and we just went to bed. We woke up, ate, started the day off, just met with [head coach Dabo] Swinney and did some tours around campus and stuff," MacLain said. "We met with some councilors about classes. The banquet was really good, seeing all the seniors go and hanging out with the other Clemson players. Then, we went out for the night to hang out."
On Saturday, he had a sit down with new offensive coordinator Chad Morris.
"We looked at plays, just went through the offense. It was really good," MacLain said.
The first face-to-face meeting with Morris was a good one.
"He's awesome. I can't wait to actually play under him. He's a really awesome guy," MacLain said.
