The senior wide receiver from Dorman High School (Roebuck) was a late arrival on Friday.

"We had a game Friday night. Me and Charone [Peake] went down there Friday night," Humphries said.

He was hosted by quarterback Donny McElveen.

"The highlight of the weekend was just being in Clemson for the two days that I was, just seeing what it was like to be there not on game day, just seeing how relaxing it is," Humphries said. "There aren't many distractions. It was nice getting to hang out with some of the football players and other commits."

Before leaving, Humphries met with head coach Dabo Swinney on Sunday morning.

"We really didn't talk football. It was relaxed, having a good time enjoying the conversations, really," he said.

Humphries also spent time getting to know offensive coordinator Chad Morris.

"I talked to coach Morris a lot. I really like him. I think what he's going to do is going to be really great, he said.

A three-star prospect, Humphries is ranked by Scout.com as the No. 124 wide receiver in the nation.

He is also firm to Clemson and will take no other official visits.
