Brad Brownell’s already added three members to the 2011 class, but he hopes to add two, maybe three more. One of those additions could be Devin Coleman.

recently caught up with Coleman, a two-star shooting guard from Friends’ Central (Wynnewood, Pa.).
“We’re still working on it, but right now, we set it up for the 26th,” he said.
“We tried to work it out so that I would come down where they had a home game. This week, they have two away games. That was the closest date. With my season coming to an end, being able to get down there while they had a game—that was just the closest date that we could find.”
Coleman has been in contact with Clemson over the last month. Assistant coach
Mike Winiecki
is running the point on his recruitment.
“Once I found out that there was interest, you do your homework [on] the players that they’re recruiting, the players that they have signed already and on their current roster, and some stuff about the school and the coaching staff,” Coleman said.
What’s the interest level you have in Clemson, right now?
“Very, very interested,” he said. “Very high.”
Along with Clemson, Coleman is considering LaSalle, St. Joseph’s, Penn, Temple, Penn State, Rhode Island and Rice. Clemson is the only school that he’s currently planning on taking an official visit to.
“A lot of those schools are local, so there’s not really a need [to take official visits],” he said.
