Josh Brown, the newest member of Clemson's 2012 commitment class, talks in detail about his pledge…
Josh Brown to Clemson
Just days after Clemson picked up a commitment from four-star defensive tackle Carlos Watkins, another defensive lineman has come forward with a public pledge.
This time, it was Brown, a 6-foot-5, 273-pound prospect from South Aiken High School.
Earlier this fall, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney extended an offer to Brown, who previously fielded tenders from Georgia State, VMI and PC.
Smith's commitment made it No. 20 for Clemson's 2012 recruiting class.
Maryland, Georgia Tech, Kentucky and N.C. State are also expressing interest.
Sept. 3, the day he was offered by Clemson, Brown told CUTigers.com he favored Clemson over Kentucky, Georgia Tech, Maryland and N.C. State.
