Clemson one of several to offer '14 RB
North Carolina commitment Khris Francis, a rising senior, picked one up. So did rising junior Donte Williams.
Florida, Ohio State, South Carolina, North Carolina, N.C. State, Vanderbilt and Purdue have also offered.
Clemson was first.
"I was really excited, running around the whole house. The first offer, it was like, ‘Yeah.' And they just keep on coming," Williams told CUTigers at the Charlotte Nike Football Training Camp.
He wants to hit the road and take visits this summer.
"I'm trying to plan to visit most of the colleges that offered me this summer," Williams said.
The only school he's visited is N.C. State. A trip to Clemson for the spring game fell through at the last minute.
The 6-foot, 210-pound running back enjoyed his experience at the NFTC in Charlotte.
"It went great. I learned some new drills to do when I'm at home. I can do stuff I did out here today," Williams
