Plenty of schools have taken notice of the nation's No. 27 wide receiver in the class of 2013.
In addition to the Clemson and South Carolina offers, Williams also offers from Alabama, Georgia, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

dropped it off at Lake Marion during the May evaluation period in 2011.
As a junior, Williams hauled in 65 receptions for 1,269 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also completed 20 of 35 passes for 354 and three scores. On the defensive side of the ball, he registered 25 tackles.
As a sophomore, he hauled in 42 catches for over 700 yards and five touchdowns, and passed for 450 yards and three scores.
Clemson's wide receiver class could add yet another highly touted prospect. The Tigers have already picked up commitments from three-star Ryan Jenkins
