WHAT: Clemson at Virginia Tech
WHERE: Cassell Coliseum - Blacksburg, Va.
WHEN: Saturday, March 2(8 p.m.)
TV: RSN (Mike Hogwood, Eddie Fogler)
During the most recent loss, a 68-59 defeat at the hands of North Carolina on Thursday night, Clemson was without second leading scorer K.J. McDaniels.
McDaniels, who sprained his ankle in the shoot-around before North Carolina, is questionable for Saturday's game.
With or without McDaniels in the 8 o'clock showdown at Virginia Tech, Brad Brownell said the quick turnaround is a "big concern."
"At this time of the year, guys' legs are a little heavy," Brownell said.
He added, "Bouncing back with the travel of two more games very quickly is not ideal."
Virginia Tech [12-16, 3-12 ACC] is led by former Clemson assistant coach James Johnson. The Hokies, like the Tigers won just one game in February.
"We've got to go on the road and take one from somebody else," said Milton Jennings, who's averaging 10 points per game.
"You've got to get your guys fired up. We're going in somebody else's house. Let's take one."
Clemson took one from Virginia Tech in January, a 77-70 win.
"We've played Virginia Tech well already, had a good win. [We] went to the glass, went to the hole [and] got those guys in foul trouble. They're going to be looking for a whole new game plan to stop us," Jennings said.
