Three-star guard Brandon Kennedy returned to Clemson on Friday for his second trip to Tigertown of the spring.

OG Brandon Kennedy Profile

The Wetumpka High School [Alabama] rising senior last visited for the March Junior Day. Kennedy spoke with CUTigers earlier this week about his most recent stop by Clemson.

"It was great. I got to see the campus, got to tour the school, just learn some new things and see some things that I didn't get to on Junior Day," he said.

Kennedy went in depth.

"They took me to the academic hall, Vickery Hall. I learned more about what they do and how their process works," he said. "They talked to me about my major and my classes that I would take, what I would do for that.

"They actually showed me the new project they're building. They showed me the little sketch."

The Clemson coaches also let Kennedy know where things stood with their recruiting board.

"They all just told me they really want me at Clemson. They told me I look good wearing that orange," Kennedy said. "They also said that they're looking at four guys. When one guy commits, they're done recruiting on the offensive line. It's down to me and three other people."

With four offensive tackles already committed to Clemson in 2015, Kennedy is being pursued as an interior player.

Kennedy's next trip could be to Georgia Tech. He's also considering visits to Ole Miss and Mississippi State.

There are no favorites.

"I want to have a list by the end of this summer," he said. "I want to commit before the season, something like that."
