As the May Evaluation Period draws ever closer, many of the top players around the southeast are preparing for spring practice and finalizing plans for summer camps.

For Greenville High's Nathan Pepper, it's no different. The 6-foot-3, 245 pound defensive lineman will be busy this summer checking out several schools around the country.

"I'm planning on going to Clemson's one day camp, Pittsburgh's passing camp, Kentucky's lineman and passing camp, the Nike Camp (Georgia Tech), and Alabama's lineman camp," said Pepper in a recent interview with CUTigers.com.

Pepper has been receiving steady interest from many schools this spring, including Clemson. In fact, he actually made it over to Death Valley for a scrimmage, and then made it back again for the Orange & White game.

What did he think of it all?

"The spring game was very very intense," said Pepper. "It was so intense I noticed they had to pull out some players to keep away from injury. The pace was as if their was a real game. I loved it."

Pepper continues to hold steady with an offer from Kentucky, but that could easily change after the May Evaluation Period. We will continue to keep you updated on Nathan Pepper, right up through signing day.
