Greenwood QB Attends Clemson's Junior Day

Greenwood High quarterback Armanti Edwards attended Junior Day on Saturday at Clemson. Did the star athlete enjoy his visit to Tiger Town? CUTigers.com has all the details in this recruiting update. <BR>

The 6-0, 160 pound prospect traveled to Clemson this weekend to watch the Tigers practice. "It was nice. I came up with my sister. Practice was nice. I liked the enthusiasm of the players," Edwards told CUTigers.com Sunday evening.

The talented athlete had a chance to talk with his recruiting coach during the visit. "I talked with my recruiting Coach Ron West. He wants me to come to one of the camps this summer," said the Greenwood standout.

Will the Palmetto standout attend camp this summer? "Yes, I am going to do that," stated Edwards.

The Greenwood star was also impressed with the facility upgrades in progress. "We watched the video. It's going to be really nice."

When asked what he enjoyed most about his visit to Tiger Town, Edwards responded, "We got to tour the locker room. We also saw the weight room. It was nice."
