Tigers to Play in San Juan

Men's Basketball to Play in San Juan Shootout Tigers one of eight teams in the field.

Clemson will be in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dec. 17-22 for the San Juan Shootout as part of the 2005-06 schedule. Other participants in the eight-team field are Akron, Holy Cross, Liberty, Mississippi State, Mount St. Mary's, Puerto Rico Mayaguez and Tennessee-Chattanooga.

Mississippi State and Chattanooga were NCAA Tournament teams in 2005, while Holy Cross took part in the NIT. Seedings for the event and the rest of the 2005-06 Clemson basketball schedule will be announced at a later date.
