4-Star WR Keeping Options Open

Like may highly-recruited athletes, 5-10, 180 pound speedster A.J. Alexander took time off from the recruiting process to sepnd some the time with his family.

"I haven't gone anywhere or anything," he said. "I just stayed at home. My grandma and uncle came up here."

The prize recruit has already taken official visits to Tennessee and North Carolina. Another official visit is scheduled for January.

"Right now I just have Pittsburgh scheduled for January 12th," said Alexander. "I am not sure about other visits. I am not sure if I will go anywhere else," replied Alexander.

Is he still considering a visit to Clemson?

"I am not sure. I will know more in January," said Alexander.

The Pennsylvania standout plans to wait until after the holidays to focus on recruiting.

"I haven't really thought about it over the holidays. I have just tried to chill. By the time I take the visit to Pittsburgh I will know," said Alexander.

When asked if he has a current leader, Alexander responded, "No, I don't have a leader."

The 4-star receiver will make his decision when he gets the right feeling.

"I really don't know when I will be ready. Whenever it feels right I will make the decision. I will take the visit to Pittsburgh and then see if I have any others to take. When I am through with all of my visits I will sit down with my mom and make a decision," said Alexander.
