4-star safety Craig Loston from Houston, Texas has the Clemson Tigers as one of his top schools as he works towards an early decision.

"I just like Clemson," he told CUTigers.com in a recent interview. "I haven't been up there yet. I just like the way they play."

Many of the nation's best programs have already offered the prize recruit.

"I have offers from Clemson, Colorado, Minnesota, Texas A&M, Florida, LSU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Miami. I have some others also," said Loston.

The talented athlete could play several positions at the next level.

"Some schools are looking at me for free safety. I will pick a school that wants me to play both ways. I want to play some receiver on offense as well."

When asked about his current favorites, Loston responded, "Georgia is my favorite right now. They have said I could play both ways."

The schools hopeful of landing the Texas standout better make a hard push over the next few months.

"I am going to make my decision early. I will probably do it in the next month or two."

How does the prize recruit plan to work towards a decision in the next 60 days?

"I am going to take some visits. I will just look to see where I feel at home," replied the two-way standout.

Clemson will get a visit from the head hunter in April.

"I am going to Clemson for their spring game. I will be going down there on April 11th. I am also going to Georgia for their spring game. I will also take a visit to LSU," said Loston.

Two national powers have already received visits from the top prospect.

"I have been to Texas A&M and Oklahoma," said Loston.

What will be important when Loston selects his college destination?

"I am just looking for a premier program. I don't really care about the distance," replied Loston.
