Big fullback Tyler Shatley appears to be the next Chad Diehl in Clemson's offense in the coming years, and Sunday afternoon he wrapped up his only official visit of the recruiting process.

CUTigers caught up with the talented jumbo athlete to get his thoughts on his trip:

Can you talk about your official visit and what you did during your time on campus?
Shatley: I enjoyed it. It was fun. I got to hang out with a lot of players and see some of the other recruits. I hung out some with Spencer.

Who came with you on your trip?
Shatley: It was me, my mom, dad and sister.

What were some of the highlights of your trip?
Name: It was just getting to see everybody. Got to know a couple of the players better. Got to know Chad [Diehl], Landon [Walker], Dalton [Freeman] and Matt Sanders.

How would you rate the visit on a scale of one to 10?
Name: Probably about an eight.

How did you get along with your player host?
Name: With Chad? We got along real well. I talked to him about his major. I've been thinking about doing something like his major.

How did your conversations go with the coaching staff?
Name: Very good. I got to talk to Coach Pearman this morning and I talked to Coach Swinney a lot yesterday.

Did you hear about any verbal commitments this weekend?
Name: Just Shuey.

Shatley is currently ranked as the No. 6 fullback in the country according to Scout.com and remains firm with his verbal commitment to Clemson.
