Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Upstate hopes to score big with the kids with a Carolina/Clemson Pep Rally.
Clemson and South Carolina football fans have a unique opportunity to support their favorite team while helping a child reach his or her full potential.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Upstate is organizing its first annual Carolina/Clemson pep rally on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, to get geared up for the big game between the Gamecocks and the Tigers.
The fundraiser is from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at Zen, 924 South Main Street in Greenville, with all proceeds benefiting BBBS Upstate.
WSPA-TV sports anchor and voice of Clemson University Tigers Pete Yanity will broadcast live at this exciting event and co-emcee along with Heisman Trophy winner and Carolina graduate George Rogers. The pep rally will feature food from Larkins on the River, music, silent and live auctions, a 50/50 raffle, game highlights throughout the night.
Individual tickets cost $20 in advance or $25 at the door, and tables of 10 cost $250.
