Biography:
College
First-Team Academic All-ACC in 2002...returning starter for 2003 at left tackle...came out of nowhere to have a solid year...was slated to be backup to Derrick Brantley, he did not take a snap in the Georgia game in the season opener...Brantley then suffered a torn ACL against Louisiana Tech and was lost for the season...that brought Henry to the forefront, as he played 797 snaps and had 11 starts for the season...had played just 42 snaps in three games the previous season...one of 12 players on the Tiger Tangerine bowl roster with degrees, he earned his degree in sociology in August of 2002...actually earned his degree in three and a half years...first Greenville High player to come to Clemson on a football scholarship since Don Kelley, an academic All-American in 1968.

High School
Graded at 91 percent as a senior at Greenville High School...honorable mention All-American by Southeastern Recruiting Alliance...#19 player and #3 offensive line prospect in South Carolina by SuperPrep...an all-state pick by Associated Press and High School Sports Report as a senior...a top-30 player in the ACC region and #4 offensive line prospect by PrepStar...an all-county and all-conference pick as a senior...played most of his senior year as a 16-year old...played varsity football for three seasons and became a starter midway through his sophomore season.
